Well, I've been in Suddenlink systems around Texas for around 6 years, and a couple years ago they moved into ETADirect (TOA) for routing and dispatch information...Can make changes in real time (Well, it actually takes about 7mins to process but whatever) to the workorder from my phone, so if I need to replace a line here or the customer wants a wallfish there, I can put the coding in without needing to bother dispatch...Does TWC use something similar, or is it mostly paper workorders? If it helps, I'm specifically looking at San Antonio.
On a side note, if anyone knows a good contract group in that area, it would also be a plus. There's several ads in the Employment section for the area, but only one has a group name attached, and they apparently dont bother responding to inquiries.
