It is getting tougher and tougher. I have been approved to work for Comcast,Time Warner.Knology and Allegiance. I have a felony that is very old. However Charter goes all the way back to your 18th birthday.
Seems like you get in a little trouble and it takes forever to live it down. Your Brother might want to consider doing something different for a year or so. Stay out of trouble and maybe ease back into the CATV industry in a year or so.
