We have a new fiber "FOG" plant using an Arris Trans MAX optical "node". The problem is only on the green fiber we are getting poor BER and DQI on all the digital freq/channels off the RF port of a ONU at any enclosure that is feed from the green fiber. We tried switching ports at the Trans MAX but still have poor readings on the green and good readings on all the other fibers.
Any ideas on what would cause the poor BER & DQI readings on this 1 fiber? We can lock down with our meters and hooked up a phone modem and have no packet loss.
