Vegas you are right and dfw is wrong again. Under the Reagan Administration a study was done by the Grace Commission that found that two thirds of all "personal income tax's" are waisted. What was left was used to pay the interest on debt. In other words, all "personal income tax" revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.
