Since the houses are not all wired the same resulting in differant modem levels hitting the tap, a one size fits all type thing doesn't really work. What we do is place an SA in line EQ at the low value taps put the EQ in bypass and pad the return, in places where this won't work I set one up with pin to F's and place it in an individual drop or at the house to attenuate the sub low freq's. A tap with diplexers and paddable ports would be a good thing to have, but would be expensive to produce.
