If I have to explain to you the benefit of a balanced system with todays signal needs, you have shown us your skill level.
That may have worked 25 years ago when cable really was a central antenna system but it doesnt cut the mustard in todays systems. Unless you work for Cablevision or for Prince...then it seems to be OK.
Daisy chaining splitters through out a house is insane...but then again it seems acceptable to work that way for you...laziness, carelessness, ineptitude...whatever. Just hope I dont see you in my system...you will be in for a rude awakening...and jobless.
