I just purchased a TV220 Cablescout amd downloaded and installed the Greenlee Record Manager. I have Windows 7 professional. For some reason I have no communication through the USB. When I first plugged it in to my computer it showed the driver being installed successfully, but the TDR doesn't show up on the manager. Does anyone know if there is something else I can check? I need to download some traces this weekend.
