Re:info on labor laws


You can call the State Labor Board for the state you worked in. An agent will help you determine your rights, send you a form to fill out, and possibly pursue your case---but it could take a long time to see results.

>am a inhouse employee that has worked many, many free hours for a new company going through their growing pains. stuck it out through the slow times and now they pay hours for the things but didnt for the first 12 months. want to be paid for them back then to. do i need to talk to a lawyer and if so what kind. any info will be appreciated
