Nothing is going to really change there: Darrin would know the real deal. but they have been lenient about weed for a long time...It is legal to have up to one ounce for personal use. Hell I think that used to be a non-vehicle citation or some shit. Hell in the state of Ohio up to a 1/4 pound in one back is a citation. It's all relative to where you live.
