The real problem is greed on all sides, and too many people between you and your money. How many years have you been in the business? If you are running a bucket truck 2000 a week is ok if you are close to home, but not for 7 days a week to do so. It costs more to run a truck than a pencil and a calculator, and alot more dangerous. Some jobs only pay 30-40% to the man doing the work, when he should get 50-70% .So get all you can. I have ran 2 man digger and 2 man t40 crews for 100/hr. When I was done there wasn't anything left. Can't or won't do it again. In short it has to be a good deal for everone or it is a bad deal for everyone.
