I would say price it out as if you were supplying and installing it, by the foot and by each vault.
For example
4" Conduit 5.00ft Materials x 5900' = 29,500.00
4" Conduit 20.00ft Labor x 5900' = 118,000.00
24x36x36 Vault 1200.00 Materials x12 = 14,400.00
24x36x36 Vault 400.00 Labor x 12= 4,800.00
Couplings?
Extras?
Ground rods?
Total= 175,000?
Some may disagree on the price but it just depends on the area, system and situation.
