Long story short version,
I contract for a mom and pop outfit . They are loosing one of their properties due to experation of contract. The local MSO is taking over the property and wishes to use the installed conduit we installed. The original contract states any items installed by mom and pop are theirs upon termination, this isnot disputed. The MSO is asking for a price for purchase of conduit. Specs follow
5900 feet 4 inch conduit in ground
12 24X30X30 vaults in ground
I am looking for some insight as to how to price this out. It was all installed before roads went in and would require at least 3 directional bores if installed today.
Any help would be appreciated.
