I did a small deal like yours with just a Directv system.
You will have to homerun everything with no fittings where they will be submerged.
Boat owners will screw with your work.
Most service calls will be on weekends.
Dock repair guys will cut your lines and attempt repairs.
If your cable goes through a spinning prop they will look to you for boat repairs.
Running cable from a boat is not as EZ as it looks. Plan for one guy to stabilize the boat and one guy to pull & fasten cable.
Boat owners will cut sections of your cable for use at their houses.
It is different from MDU work in expensive ways.
