Owner has run off all experienced reps and installers with chargebacks and nonprofessional attitude. Pay scale is pretty much standard in the area(150 sales, 75/15 installs) with shows generating most the work. Worked for them couple years ago and on the surface appeared worth it, then... chargebacks, cancellations and blame game of tech vs tech, sales vs installs, office vs mgmt, etc etc etc. Does American Satellite ring a bell? Just a smaller version with the same ending inevetable. Make sure you get a signed contract cause the chargebacks roll downhill with techs on the bottom rung. Good luck!
