They are fly by the seat of their pants. They will go to Dish customers dressed in Dish uniforms and trick them into "upgrading their equipment" and install them with DTV. They have done this to several of my elderly customers, who of course when they realize they now have DTV its past the three days and are stuck or have to pay the cancellation fee to get back to Dish. I would recommend staying away from them  if thats the way they conduct business. Im out of Sidney,NE
