He'll get the money by pulling the funding of PBS and Obama phones. Paula Kerger the head of makes $632,233 a year. Hell the president only gets, Salary is $400,000 a year plus a $50,000 expense account, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account, and $19,000 for entertainment.
So $569,000 with limitations on how $169,000 of it can be spent, and Obama phones cost the taxpayers $1.6 billion a year.
