Sounds totally normal. As long as the installs are being done correctly, most MSOs care little. Its when its starts to become problemsome, then action is taken.
So a tech gets routing love 6 days a week but knows his tech number is being ghosted when hes off? A common agreement to continue to receive preferred routing. Versus what, getting crappy route and hating it?
