How can a company get away with ghost teching and only get the tech number shut down and a slap on the hand dont do it again. These techs neverr had a back ground check done, got routed with the best jobs for over 2 yrs, but they company that does this only get the tech number shut down. Then when someone is out sick, on vacation, or other stuff they use your tech number to get more jobs and even close out jobs under your tech number. What can be done? I have proof of everything that has happen. 100% solid proof.
How can this happen????
