Re: Customer Service?! What a fucking joke...

When I use to run service it was mandatory we  go to the house knock on the door. If no answer have dispatch call the customer, then check at the ground block (if possible) then the pole. After that we had to knock on the door again in cace they came home while we were working away from the house. If still no answer wh had to have dispatch call again, then we had to tag the door with the time and date we were there. If they called the office after we left and still had a problem they were rescheduled to the first tech in the area that finished his work early that day if possible.
I have Comcast where I live and if they ever put Fios or some other company where I live I will drop Comcast in a heartbeat.
