Hey Mark, I had a outage on my HSI one night and the call center at Cable One told me that Yes it was out, but that unless it is a outage on the entire card that they would schedule a service call. I told them I was an experienced tech and that if they didn't get the tech on call out to fix it that they needed to call the supervisor on call and let him know that I was going to get my bucket truck and go fix it myself and send them the bill. Turned out to be a burnt reverse amp in the GNA at the pole in front of the house. The tech was pissed when he got to the house and I was back online...Told him it must have been something going bad....Glad I had some old Magnavox GNA's and TNA's lying around.
