Has anyone noticed that the CATV industry is losing all their talent? Reason?.........Cable companies are getting cheap and not paying the contractors what they are worth. When you don't pay they don't play. Many of the contractors that once did incredible work got tired of getting stiffed on the work they do for pennies. Guess what Cox, guess what Comcast, guess what Charter? NO MORE! You get what you pay for. All the seasoned talent is moving on to bigger and better things. You better be careful. As the technology gets better the less people have to know. When your plant fails and you can't get a crew in to restore, repair it or even build it? It's going to cost you more to put your corporate bandaid on it that it would have cost to hire and PAY a good contractor to do it.
Just my thoughts
CATV is losing talent
