Re: the group trying to steal employees

I know I probably don't have the entire story here but I personally think it is a shady practice to directly contact someone wh oyou know is working for your direct competition and try to lure their crew over to your company.  We all know this is a cut throat business anyway why add to that by trying to steal someone elses crew?  If you just put out an add and they seek you out that is a different story.  Just my opinion for what its worth.
