You can not keep a worker from trying to better his/her self or obtaining better benefits for his / her family.
This is a every day event, some companies have a person that does nothing "BUT" go out and recurit workers.
As other have said, if your treating your workers with respect, providing a fair wage/benefit package for there services offered, keeping constant work for them, paying on a timely and orderly basis, paying per labor relations rules (overtime)....then you have nothing to worry about.
With a lack of work in this business, it is up to each of you to take care of your help. There is nothing wrong with competition..it makes us all better.
So...quit complaining and find out why your help is leaving you !
