I Need help with this laptop and i and r. I used a dsam for everything two years ago. Left to work on barges and came back now im lost and My trainer is terrible he knows less than me. Can anyone just explain in short what the general Process is for closing jobs,adding equipment and registering modems and emta's. I contract for insight in louisville kentucky and im really concerned being that im spending hours on 30 minute jobs because i cant get through walledgarden my boxes wont take hits and im having to call dispatch for any and everything. PLEEAAAAASSSSEEEEEE help I swear im a good tech i just cant learn it all when noone is teaching me. I use I and R on a laptop
