I also agree with Speedlasher, but you also need to send a copy to the prime and the customer at the same time. Also include a "read receipt" for the email so you know and have prof they received it. Broke or not someone will have to pay on a stimulus project. I also look up on the Internet the contact information for the officers and anyone else I can find that works for the customer and forward a copy of the email you send, to them as well. I usually get several emails back immediately and a phone call from the customers contracts manager who is usually asking me nicely not to do it again, along with an explanation of how I will get paid. Like I said last time, light a fire and pour the gas to it until the problem is solved. You have to let them know you're willing to go to extremes to get what is owed to you. Good luck.
