Yes,do it. Call all utilities and the State phone # and let all know these are not your people
and they have starded One early(locate hac not cleared).
Call the P M and let him know what you did. Also hand him a invoice your time and expenses!
If you have not already done this,DO IT KNOW,DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER!!
