I worked for the Government for about 12 years and once you are assigned a craft rate for that day, they can't lower your craft rate, even if you were a machine operator @ $56.71 an hour and you dug a trench that was craft rate $17.54 you was still paid $56.71, It's the bean counter that was doing that to you.
