This guy said he was the prime on this job. I brought my equipment from Indiana. After being there for two weeks I learned that he was a sub. I did not do my research on this guy! We were also told pay would be on 14 day terms, turns out to be 45 days. He was factoring his first three invoices through the company he was doing the work for.( Communication Data Link) The first three invoices were my companies invoices. He was running on my money!
Communication Data Link paid the rest of my invoices.
If anyone knows where he is working right now I would greatly appreciate any info.
