If I can recommend anything, you (need) to contact the MSO and if he was doing any work for the prime you need to contact them as well to settle out of Court and Garnish his checks before it is too late. Normally the MSO or the Prime will auto deduct from his check providing you present the correct proof and documents and they will send you your check. I have seen this done many times. Jump on it before it is too late, keep it simple and out of court if you can and let that be the last resort. You might want to contact any Contractor Fraud Division if you can as well.
