I am just sayin.. While I am at it, ranting and all, If you are posting an Ad for employment please reveal what company and more specificly where, as in what City in Minnesota? Oh and here is a tip for you Big Professional Companies; Try to sound like you dont disrespect all Craftsmen, in your Ad trying to attract them.;-)
