the guy that posted that add is supposedly a great guy and a seasoned veteran that recently started doin his own thing.  Obviously he is seasoned because he starts with crap wages.  The add runs here in columbus and he wants travel techs for that rate.  Most techs want nothing other than to be treated and paid fair.  I don't want anything unless the company wants to provde the "free" poles for the customer.
