Technicians paid $60 for initial install plus $10 per IRD after the 1st. Technicians will be given a WEEKLY gasoline stipend of $0.10 per mile. Also all technicians will be charged MINIMAL small parts costs to MAXIMIZE profit.I feel bad for you Installers out there. Dont stand for this low wage BS and demand more
