With UPS they won't even hire you for a warehouse job if you ever in your lifetime had a DUI Conviction.
Some of the High end Limousine companies here in Las Vegas also won't hire you if you have ever had a DUI
They own the company so they can set their policies as they see fit to protect their investments and clients.
I can see it now Impaired MGM Grand Limo Driver charged with the death of ACM Country Entertainer of the year winner Carrie Underwood and 6 members of her entourage in a firey high speed crash on the Las Vegas Strip.
Someone would be building themselves a New Casino with John Muren $$$ on the strip after the dust setteled from all the lawsuits.
