I DID check up on him.
When I got there he was unconsious and unresponsive. (yet breathing fine)
I have no medical training or experience and the only thing that I could do was call 911 and wait for an ambulance.
What more could you have done?
Turned out he was just passed out drunk.....but you wouldn't know that by just walking by.
