Re: How can these ads claim great rates?

1 thing I have noticed is that several MSO are giving 1 prime the Contract which eats up 20 or 30 percent just for managing the contract which then the small subs move in and " must" working under that prime no matter what so then by time you move in you are being paid peanuts. 
My IQ is 127 and I can walk and chew gum.
