Thats my point exactly, this posting was for aerial work which why would you want an MVR check?  I agree with checking background if you are going into someones home etc. but if you are simply stringing cable and wokring on your own insurance and driving your own truck I honestly wouldnt want to know the person background and would care less.

Again I am just speaking up for the people who deserve a chance,  and no not all do.
My IQ is 127 and I can walk and chew gum.
