meter

Trying to buy a new (used) meter for cheap..say under $500. I've seen a sunrise telecom cm1000 and a Sadelco Displaymax 5000. Both say they have a built in cable modem. Not too sure on which would be a better deal. Or if y'all know of something better, could u please let me know
