same as I told the other guys that dont get paid. If you Contact Mastec and let them know you havent been paid they will hold Argus's check and pay you providing you have the proof you did the work and wasnt paid. If Mastec doesnt help you then go to Verizon and I am sure Verizon will help you. Its fast,easy and best of all it is free. The MSO's do not like this type of business going on and they want to hush it up quickly so they will do anything to fix the problem.
Most of all I am sure Verizon wouldnt like to know that Mastec is doing Sub to Sub work "verizon doesnt allow it"
