Argus LLC in Stroudsberg PA

Does anyone know where Argus is? I performed 1099 work for them as a PM surveying work that they do for MASTEC and Verizon for FTTP.I turned in the work but was not paid for it.Now I cannot contact them or get hold of them.Has anyone else worked for these SOB's.
