Well spoken.  I gave him more money for a better unit which he promised.  He left me with the inferior unit without returning my money or shippmg out the new Fujikura 60S.  Sadly, I called the police where he lived and they refused to do anything to him.  I explained to them that this guy is ripping many people off and they need to put a stop to him.  Yet the police in Michigan has no interest in his scams.
