This industry is beyond repair. The best bet is to find another career. Start applying for jobs at the railroad, refineries, ups, fed ex, places where you can get on where the company is solid and pays a good wage. Nothing can be done for the route runners in this industry. I got out over a year ago and it was easier than I thought. If I can do it anyone can do it.
