WE don't fix it....................because there is no WE.........just many MEs......................and it it THEIR game. And THEIR view is that installation is an overhead cost to be minimized. THEY feel THEY have built the hardware, made the investment, done the advertising and found THEIR customers. THEY neither need nor want US....................... WE should take our skills and capabilities elsewhere....................Joe
