Maybe I should have told the cx abouther dvr before installing. The prpblem with that is
it is not my responsibility to see that customers are getting what they expect. If that was part of an install then installers need to be paid a sales commission. Like I stated I have been doing this since the beginning of Primestar and have sold a few thousand sat. systems myself. I always make sure that the cx is getting what they want.
