You did the right thing. When I walk into an elderly customers house, I ask ALOT of questions, especially when I see a DVR on the work order. Most 99% of the time they have no idea what a DVR is, they were told it was free, but not informed of the monthly charge and think it was suppose to be a DVD. I have rescheduled work orders and left my number for they can call thier kids and let them know what they are doing. Your HSP shouldn't be pissed at all, they still get the same pay unless they sold the system, they lose the DVR bonus. Name the HSP PLEASE.
