Re: How do we fix it?

Not just splintered but also there are a lot of unemployed people out there willing to work for less and less everyday. Until the economy picks up or the prospective employee pool goes shallow this is what is going to be. It is market driven, the immediate fix would be for a lot of people to get fed up and just get out of the business leaving a workforce vacuum. But the vacuum would be short lived as there are thousands out of work. It all comes back to what the economy can bear.
