So did twc prices get cut in ky also?  NC ans SC did.  All the subs I know aren't working now. Good luck to them.  I' ve always they can get done.  But we live local and can't afford to do it anymore.  Not with the work we have had the last few years.  Oh yeah cable is a small world.  This person may be your boss one day.
