You would figure with the turn around rate they have with workers they would be looking for experienced people. It seemed a little unorganized when I went to speak with them, I was not interviewed by the manager, I was interviewed by the warehouse guy, then even had to go back in to redo the paper work due to them having me fill out the wrong stuff. I was not even told the hourly rate etc until they called me to tell me to come in for the new hire class and I had to ask then. Seems like I need to meet with the manager and see about the negotiations. Even the warehouse guy told me about their turn over rate, not everyone is cut out for this stuff. Just figured I would ask and see what other people's experience was with it.
