Thanks Guys I appreciate all the input. When I came out to work for this system there were no charge backs, no service calls, there was plenty of work and I didn't have to put up with much bs. Now that Time Warner has taken over Not only is there less work & charge backs but the BS is IMMENSE! I don't dislike my shop I am a hard worker willing to complete every task asked of me. I just want enough good work to make a decent living. Thank god for this forum to be able to vent and ask questions!
