Yeah, I guess there is pro's and con's to each one. I would rather contract, but with pay as low as it is like 60/15 for standards and the work flow is so unpredictable just wanted to know how the inhouse work is. I have an offer to go inhouse but like I said they want to pay me the same as some one with no experience, but no expenses out of pocket and benefits and the chance to move into management at least thats what I was told they would like to do with me later but you know how that goes. And also DTV would like to get everything inhouse, there is very few major retailers left, and Dtv is working on shutting their doors too, not a matter of if it's when.
