Agreed, I see less problems with equip from Directv. Their equip is easier install and has less problems. Dish has to many components in the system that can go wrong. Plus when you install a Dish system and a box fails (which happens often enough) and they send another tech out it's your fault that something failed with THEIR box. No fault of your own but you get backcharged for them sending a different tech out.. TOTAL BS.
